Zumba fuses international music with easy-to-follow moves to create a dynamic and effective fitness program. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the entire body. Have fun dancing to merengue, salsa, cumbia, belly dance, hip hop, flamenco, mambo, samba and other music from around the world while getting an effective workout.

PiYo LIVE combines the muscle and core sculpting benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. You’ll use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle—big and small. But there’s no time to stop and chant ommm—because you won’t pose—you’ll push it. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact workout that will burn crazy calories for a long, lean, beautiful physique. If you haven't tried this class, you must. Our fellow Zumba participants love it!

New participants are welcomed during the first 3 weeks of the session.

If you would like to first drop-in on one of our Zumba classes that works too! To make sure there is enough room please call or email us the class you would like to attend.

Take classes with Zumba Picante more than once a week and take advantage of our discounted rates.

What to bring to class:

  • Indoor shoes: Our gym has strict rules about outdoor shoes. Participants who arrive already wearing their indoor shoes will not be allowed to participate in the class.
  • Lots of water and a towel: Our classes are fun but they will make you sweat. Bring lots of water to keep yourself hydrated.
  • Comfortable exercise clothes: This is the only party for which you don't have to dress up, blow-dry your hair and wear heels. Wear clothes you enjoy working out in.
  • 15 extra minutes: Please arrive 15 minutes early to class so we can let you in before we start the class

Don't worry about missing the steps or thinking you can't dance. It's all about having fun and being active!

Special Events

We also offer our high-energy Zumba classes to clubs, schools, organizations and private parties.

Our kids classes and parties are different from adult classes because we structure the routine differently. We adapt the choreography to make it appropriate for children and we incorporate a variety of games to keep the FUN factor at an all time high!
